Michigan Data Center Tracker is an independent aggregator. We monitor two things: the public record — township zoning agendas, planning-commission minutes, utility filings, state permits, court dockets — and local news coverage of the data-center wave moving across the state. Every project, pause, hearing and figure you see here is drawn from one of those sources and linked straight back to it.
The goal is simple: a resident in Saline, a reporter in Marquette and a planner in Eaton County should all be able to see the same facts, from the same records, at the same time.
